IMPORTANT NOTE
Cisa electric rim locks are handed. To determine correct hand firstly ascertain if door is inward or outward opening (from outside). Then, again from outside, see which side door is hung (hinged) to determine the correct hand i.e left hand hinge is left hand lock.
Lock manufacturers have different ways of handing their locks so do not use this method to determin handing for other makes of lock.
