Browsing
through product range
To browse our extensive ranage of products, just select any of our 12 product
categories located on the left hand side of the screen.
Adding to the shopping basket
Click the "Add to Cart" button - located adjacent to all
products - and your selected product will be placed in the "Shopping
Cart" - where you can select a quantity - the default is 1, or remove
the item from the "Shopping Cart".
To continue
shopping, select the "Continue Shopping" button,
to updatge (if you have ammended your quantities and want the price
to be recalculated) press the "update" button.
To go the the Check out, press the "Check out Now" buttton.
The "Shopping
Basket" displays:

A
description off all products in the basket
-
Quantities
selected - which you can increase or decrease
-
Item
price of each product
-
Cost
of each product ordered - changes if quantities are increased
to more than 1.

Option
to remove a product
The "Shopping
Basket" also allows:
Checkout
of all products in the "Shopping Basket"
"Save" your order facility - allowing you to save order details and
come back to them another time - which is done by pressing the "Retrieve" button.
Making your purchase
Purchase products by clicking the "Checkout" icon, located on the
main menu bar, or via the "Shopping Basket" - both links will open
the "Checkout" page
Like
the "Shopping Basket", the "Checkout" page
displays information on products you have chosen to purchase.
To make
a purchase, fill in the purchaser Invoice details form displayed.
The Invoice detail form also contains some handy features.
Once
your purchaser information is input, pess the "NEXT" button
to proceed to the "Payment Section".
The
Payment section enables the selection of several credit card payment
options.
The following are accepted:
Press
the "NEXT" button to finalise your order. An on-screen
invoice will now be displayed, stating all order details - which
you can print. You will also receive an email confirming the Invoice
details shortly after.
When will my order be delivered!
You will be notified by email once payment has been received and you will
receive an email confirming the delivery time of your order.

Terms & Conditions
Terms
and Conditions of Sale
ELS Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale apply. These can be found in our price
list and credit application form, copies are available on request.
Repairs
and Returns
To return a faulty product to us simply telephone our customer services department
and ask for a Goods Return Number. We will require the invoice number on which
the goods were originally despatched and the product serial number (if applicable).
Goods
Ordered in Error
Under certain circumstances ELS may accept the return of goods ordered in error
providing they are undamaged, complete in their original wrapping and contain
all installation and operating instructions. In these circumstances a restocking
charge will be made. Non-stock items will not be accepted.
Payment
All products must be paid for in full before despatch. Customers with credit
accounts must comply with our standard terms and conditions.
We
accept the following credit cards:
Delivery Charges
All prices quoted are ex-works and a delivery charge of £10 will be made on all orders
to UK mainland addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands). On all orders outside UK mainland delivery will be charged at cost. Alternatively customers can nominate their own freight company to collect from us.
Prices
All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT and delivery and are applicable
to EC countries. Prices are subject to change without notice, however we
endeavour to maintain the prices in our current list for twelve months.
Warranty
Products are covered by manufacturers warranty for 12 months from invoice date.
This guarantee against defects in parts and workmanship does not cover
fair wear and tear or damage by third parties however caused. This warranty
does not affect your statutory rights.
Errors
and Omissions
The information in this catalogue and price list has been checked for accuracy.
ELS will accept no liability for any errors or omissions in this information.
Product
Specification
ELS reserve the right to alter product specifications in line with manufacturers
guidelines. In certain cases upgraded products may be substituted at no additional
cost.
