These are standalone intelligent proximity locksets. Each unit is programmed via encoded cards which are software produced using an encoder. The unit is dormant until a card is presented where an infrared detector picks up the presence of a card which wakes the unit up and prepares it to accept a card. These units use state of the art RF technology. They can also be used in conjunction with a Wiegand 26-bit reader. These locks are handed, please specify handing required when ordering.
