Delivery

Standard delivery to UK Mainland is Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), generally between 9am and 5pm. We aim to get your purchase to you within 3 working days [2-5 days UK Mainland & 5-8 days rest of Europe] if you order before 3.00pm or up to 5 days for orders placed after 3.00pm. Please allow 4-7 working days for extended Bank Holiday periods such as Christmas and Easter.

Support

Our staff are happy to assist you and will endeavour to answer your enquiries in a reasonable time frame. However we cannot supply wiring diagrams or specific instructions as every installation is different. If you are uncertain you should employ a qualified technician to complete the installation on your behalf. Please note ELS cannot be held responsible for faulty installations [see terms & conditions].
