The Dorcas UPVC door mortice sash electric lock release is ideal for plastic doors, and is designed to replace the centre latch and deadbolt keep of a sash lock.

The Dorcas mortice sash lock is a UPVC door electric lock release that enables UPVC doors to lock and unlock electronically. The Dorcas lock allows the latch bolt of the lock to be released electronically with the option to secure the door with the deadbolt.
The fail secure lock will work in conjunction with access control systems or entry phone systems.
Supplied complete with long faceplate c/w deadbolt aperture.

- Adjustable Jaw which allows up to 4mm adjustment perture for Deadbolt size H.60mm x W.12mm max.
- Operating Voltage 12v AC or DC
- Fail locked function in a power failure

Please note:
The lock used must not have the facility to retract the latch by the outside handle (latch must only be retracted by key from outside).
If the deadbolt or multipoint locking is in the locked position it will prevent the door being opened when released electronically.
