Motorised single point touch bar latch for use on a single door (timber, metal or PVCu) or the active leaf of a pair of rebated doors.

Comprises a  touch bar containing a motor and modular mechanism. Motor operates on 12-24v DC (stabilised) or 12v AC. 2 amp power supply.

Standard size – 840mm suitable for doors upto 860mm wide, longer version – 1170mm for wider doors available.
Supplied with strikers for timber or metal doors as standard – strikers for PVCu available separately

Micro-switch can be fitted in the mechanism, this allows the door to be fitted to equipment that monitors the door status. If required state when ordering.

Can be supplied with dogging but not supplied as standard.  The dogging (hold-back) facility should not be used on fire/smoke door assemblies but fine for escape doors. If dogging is required please state when ordering.
