Viro V9083 Electric Lock with Push Button

The Viro V9083 electric lock at Electric Locking Systems includes a rotating deadbolt lock, service and security function, and a holding force of 540kg, with the added convenience of the mechanical push button locking release.

The service function provided, with the V9083 lock, opens with the electric impulse and only resets once the gate has been opened and then closed. It can be opened with a key from the outside, and with a key or electric impulse from the inside and the mechanical push button release.

The use of an electric lock with a rotating deadbolt is particularly recommended on automated main doors and drive-through gates, which subject the lock to considerable stress during each opening and closing cycle.

The double coil uniformly distributes the electrical load, therefore prolongs the life of one of the most stressed components in electric locks.

The V9083 can be installed both vertically and horizontally. If requiring horizontal installation, the V9083 is supplied with the suitable striker (item 9083.117), however if you require vertical installation, please request the floor striker (item 9986), instead of the standard striker.

Fixing screws, counter-strike for horizontal installation and Allen key included to adjust the entry.

The Viro V9083 with push button is also available in an anthracite painted finish.
